Brian Bergeron is a twenty-four year-old acoustic singer-songwriter currently residing in the Bay Area. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Bergeron had spent the last 7 years establishing himself in the Northeast before uprooting himself and moving across the country. He comes to California armed with his debut full-length CD, We’ve Got To Find An Easier Way, which was released in the spring of 2009. His music is a blend of folk-rock and alt-country drawing on influences from many critical darlings and established commercial performers including: Tom Petty, Ryan Adams, Van Morrison, and The Rolling Stones.
Though in many ways it feels like Brian is starting from scratch in a new environment, he all ready has many career accomplishments that will help him stand out in his new home. Most recently, a number of the songs off of his album have been featured on major TV shows on ESPN (Inside The Big East) and E! Entertainment (Keeping Up With The Kardashians). Bergeron has managed to share the stage with national touring acts including: Matt Nathanson, Fountains of Wayne, Stephen Kellogg and the Sixers, The Pat McGee Band, and Josh Kelley. He maintained a high profile residency at The Barking Crab in Boston and achieved a personal milestone of performing at Fenway Park this past summer. Bergeron is currently putting together a new band and booking shows for the spring and summer.
